Connections Services, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support residents in Bloomington, MN. The role offers entry-level opportunities with flexible full- and part-time shifts and a starting hourly wage of $17.00–$18.00.

DSPs provide care, skills coaching, meal support, and assist with activities while helping residents access programs and community resources. Training is provided, and benefits apply after the initial employment period.

Qualifications

• No degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Candidates should be people-oriented and dependable.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts and residents’ needs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide care giver services to residents, including personal cares as needed.
• Teach and reinforce skills for residents’ development.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Support residents in hobbies, studies and social activities.
• Participate in development of Individual Program Plans and medication administration.
