Job summary

Mains’l Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in their home and community in Minnesota. You’ll provide person-centered supports, coaching, and daily living assistance, helping people lead meaningful lives.

We offer competitive pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and predictable scheduling. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 18 years or older; valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual’s needs (ADLs, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meals).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.
