Job summary

Connections Services, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support residents in Bloomington, MN. Join a dedicated team providing compassionate direct care across multiple homes with both full-time and part-time shifts.

Starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and company-paid life/LTD after eligibility, plus 401k after 90 days. Requires 30+ hours weekly for benefits eligibility and no degree is required.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; a high school diploma or equivalent suffices.
• Willingness to perform personal cares and adapt to residents' needs.
• Reliable and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Providing care giver services to residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining skills
• Cooking, meal preparation, and feeding assistance
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
• Participating in the development of Individual Program Plans
• Medication administration
• Participating in fun recreational activities with residents!
