Qualifications

• English language proficiency with clear written communication.
• Comfortable using computers and smart devices.
• GPS capability for local travel to clients’ homes.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance; driving record meets CCRI standards.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities to live more independently.
• Assist with daily activities, medications, and getting to work.
• Encourage client engagement in the community and personal decision making.
• Provide transportation as needed and help with household tasks.
• Foster safety and respectful communication in clients' homes.
