CCRI in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities to live more independently. This role focuses on building relationships and compassionate care. We offer flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings and overnights.

Caregiver/Direct Support Professional

What kind of hours?

We offer a variety of flexible options to best fit your schedule! There are opportunities to work with people who may need medical care, behavioral care, or need support in social environments.

Short or long shifts include weekdays, weekends, afternoons, early mornings, evenings, and sleep or awake overnights. We will work with you to figure out the best option for you.

What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?

Our DSPs work in the homes of people with disabilities and support them in living more independently. They help their clients become engaged in their community and encourage them to make their own choices.

A DSP assists people in participating in life's essential activities such as helping them start their day, take medications, get to work, manage money and household tasks, prepare meals, and so much more.

If you aren't familiar with the term Direct Support Professional (DSP), similar job titles might be Caregiver, Personal Care Attendant (PCA), Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Care Provider.
