CCRI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in Hawley, MN, supporting four individuals in their homes. You will assist with personal and medical cares, behavioral support, and daily living activities to help clients live more independently.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency with the ability to clearly write and express thoughts.
• Technical skills—comfortable using computers and/or smart technology.
• Cell phone or device with GPS capability.
• Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support four individuals in their homes with personal and medical cares and behavioral support.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and community engagement.
• Help clients start their day, take medications, get to activities, manage money and household tasks, and prepare meals.
