Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in the Foothills Region of North Carolina. The role includes assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus and weekly pay. Flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement are offered by Abound Health.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record, and healthcare registry checks

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community participation.
• Support individuals in daily living activities and help them live independently.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
