Abound Health in Marion, NC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Starting pay $16-18 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours per week. We offer paid onboarding and training, flexible schedules (full‑time and part‑time), weekly pay, and opportunities for

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to pass background and registry checks.
Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills.
Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
Complete documentation and maintaining schedules.
