ViaQuest Residential Services seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in facilities and homes in Ravenna, OH. On-site position with training provided; no prior experience required. Hourly pay range shown with benefits for full-time roles.

Responsibilities include direct care, supervision, and helping with daily living activities. Applicants must be 18+, have a diploma or GED, a reliable vehicle, and valid OH license and insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid OH driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of their life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
