Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Streetsboro, OH is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for full-time and part-time roles. Qualifications

• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Capacity to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs and to kneel, crouch and balance.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Carrying out household tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
• Offering companionship and caregiver support.
