Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in a home-like setting. The role emphasizes safety, therapy, and adherence to individualized care plans within a flexible schedule.

The DSP will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation, while documenting required information and participating in trainings. Prior caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this part-time,

Qualifications

• English literacy and ability to read, write and communicate verbally.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation duties.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Experience as direct support or caregiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Assist with medication and treatment plans as needed.
• Help individuals with daily living activities and home maintenance.
• Support with money management, budgeting, and shopping.
• Provide transportation as requested for appointments or activities.
• Document all required records per policies and procedures.
• Implement behavioral programs as trained and requested.
• Assist individuals with goals outlined in their care plans.
