Job summary

Brightway Living & Learning seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living, promote independence, and help them connect with their communities. This full-time role features a flexible schedule and meaningful, impactful work.

You will provide personal care, meals, transportation, and community outings; encourage life skills; support inclusion; and collaborate with a dedicated team of DSPs, supervisors, and families to deliver compassionate care.
