Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities. DSPs help with personal care, daily activities, and work to enable the individuals we serve to live dignified, independent lives.

The role offers a starting wage of $24 per hour, with a fast track to $26 per hour, plus paid training (24 hours annually), PTO accrual, comprehensive benefits after 6 months for full-time staff,

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or caretaker is a plus.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Consent to and pass a required State Background Check.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be free of convictions of founded allegations of abuse.
• Ability to communicate with individuals and their families.
