Almost Family in North Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Female ONLY Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time work with potential for full-time, offering $19–$22 per hour paid biweekly. You will support individuals with I/DD at home and in the community, focusing on independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transportation to appointments, community activities, and following care plans with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ year supporting someone with I/DD (professionally or personally).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care, relief care, DSA and help clients engage in community activities.
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and transportation for medical appointments.
• Assist with household tasks and life skills development.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain documentation.
• Promote independence and build meaningful relationships.
