Job summary

Almost Family is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care to individuals with I/DD. You will support daily living activities, transport clients to appointments, and help them participate in community activities in Bend, Redmond, and surrounding areas.

This role offers part-time hours with potential for full-time, paid training, and a supportive team. We value independence and dignity, offering flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year helping someone with I/DD.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care and relief care for individuals with I/DD.
• Assist clients with daily activities and community engagement.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain documentation.
