Excel Care LLC is seeking professional, passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Saint Paul. We offer flexible hours and a role focused on providing direct care to clients.

The position involves assisting with daily living activities, homemaking, and ensuring client safety. Responsibilities include documentation, communication with supervisors about changes in condition, and transport support within the community.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• 1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy and compassion while providing care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care to clients, including homemaking and safety monitoring.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene management.
• Document daily activities and report changes to the supervisor.
• Transport clients within the community and assist with appointments and shopping.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
