Excel Care LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. The position offers flexible, part-time hours and a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality care to clients.

Primary duties include direct client care, homemaking, safety monitoring, personal hygiene assistance, and documentation. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; prior DSP experience is a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Excel Care LLC is seeking professional, passionate, fun-loving individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. We offer flexible hours for everyone. The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional (DSP), is to provide direct care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to:

We are looking for individuals to assist a St. Paul-based client with daily life activities; this client is specifically seeking a male staff member.

Homemaking

Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients

Assisting with hygiene management

Independent living skills: Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.

Documentation of daily activities

Communication regarding concerns of the clients: Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.

Transporting clients within the community: Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments, assist with Shopping

Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance (Required)

1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Empathy and compassion while providing care
