Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• 1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy and compassion while providing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in daily living activities.
• Support homemaking and personal hygiene tasks.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Assist with independent living skills and daily living activities.
• Document daily activities and client changes.
• Coordinate transport and accompany clients to appointments.
• Communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
