Qualifications

• Able to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Capable of following dress code guidelines and safety rules.
• Able to move around during shifts and assist clients as needed.
• Capable of lifting clients if required and performing transfers.
• Ability to make independent, sound decisions when needed.
• Willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing needs.
• Willingness to cook meals and perform light cleaning as part of duties.
• Able to build professional relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily living activities and encourage independent living skills.
• Document client progress accurately in program charts.
• Provide feedback on programs to the Coordinator or Designee.
• Implement client daily schedules and behavior plans.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with menu planning.
• Participate in housekeeping and safety drills as required.
• Assist with medical tasks and accompany clients to appointments.
• Support client social integration and community activities.
• Assist with financial management under supervision.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and Program Coordinator.
• Engage in ongoing training and policy adherence.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
