Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Homemaking
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Assisting with hygiene management
• Independent living skills: Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities
• Documentation of daily activities
• Communication regarding concerns of the clients: Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
• Transporting clients within the community: Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments, assist with shopping
• Complete other duties as assigned
