Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with IDD in Mooresville, Statesville and Troutman. You will provide hands-on support with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live independently.

Paid training, weekly pay, and growth opportunities accompany a $1,000 signing bonus. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and healthcare registry checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
