Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. The DSP helps with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, empowering clients to live independently.

Starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17 per hour, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and housekeeping.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a DSP is a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody’s life. Responsibilities will include:

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities

• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and external parties (case managers, etc.) as needed
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules

Requirements

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $15.40/hr - $17/hr

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
