Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support in home and community settings.
• Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking and personal care.
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities.
• Helping clients achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promoting choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Documenting care, activities, and progress and communicating with the team.
