Out of the Box Solutions is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work one-on-one with adults with ID/DD, helping with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering way. Expect meaningful, consistent assignments and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include supporting daily activities, following care plans, documenting notes, and communicating with families. The role offers competitive pay and hands-on impact in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass state background checks and meet ODDS eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
