Kids for the Future in Brookings, SD is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. This role offers evening and weekend shifts with Tuesday and Thursday 4pm–8pm and alternating Saturdays and Sundays 2pm–8pm.

You will provide daily living support, help with goals, promote independence, and ensure safe transportation while following care plans. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required (not needed for Overnight positions).

• Support daily living needs: personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication, and wellness.
• Help individuals meet personal goals and live independently.
• Encourage community involvement and social engagement.
