Job summary

Braverhood is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time weekday and/or weekend shifts to support individuals in their homes and communities. You will help clients pursue personal goals, encourage communication and independence, and document progress while adhering to agency and OPWDD requirements.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and PTO, with an emphasis on meaningful, rewarding work in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with children or young adults preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable, accountable, and punctual.
• U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization.
• Complete required paid DSP training after hire.
