Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey.

You will work one-on-one under individualized service plans, with flexible hours and local cases, earning $18–$24 per hour depending on experience and assignment. This role emphasizes independence, community participation, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
