Job summary

ENMRSH, INC. seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide health and safety support for individuals with developmental disabilities in homes, work sites, and recreational settings.

Role requires reading/writing English, basic computer skills, and ability to transport clients. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screens, and be prepared for flexible schedules and diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older; 21+ if transporting clients.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening; driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing, regular support to individuals in home, work, or recreation.
• Must read, write, and speak English well.
• Possess minimal computer skills and use a keyboard/mouse.
• Ability to drive a vehicle and transport clients.
• Ability to train and support individuals.
• Work flexible hours and assignments.
