Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in caregiving or direct support for individuals with IDD preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and EVV systems is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality support per care plan.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and health monitoring.
• Document care notes accurately and on time, and coordinate with the team.
