Vista Care, a leading service provider serving Wisconsin communities, is seeking caregivers for specialized behavioral programs. You will support residents with daily living activities, handle challenging behaviors with structured plans, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check; driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral Care & Safety: Implement specialized support plans to manage verbal or physical aggression while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Daily Support & Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living and protect their rights with dignity.
• Shift Dependability: Stay on duty at program locations until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.
