Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfort working under stressful conditions and managing physical crisis situations.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check; driver’s license with clean record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral care and safety: implement specialized support plans to manage aggression while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Daily support and advocacy: assist residents with activities of daily living and respect their rights and dignity.
• Shift dependability: stay on site until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.
