Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay calm under stress, manage crises, and communicate effectively in English for daily logs.
• Background checks required; a valid driver’s license with clean record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement specialized support for residents using trained procedures to handle aggression while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, meals) and protect their rights with dignity.
• Maintain a safe, homelike environment and stay on duty until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.
