Vista Care, a leading service provider serving Wisconsin communities, is seeking caregivers for specialized behavioral programs. You will support residents with daily living activities, handle challenging behaviors with structured plans, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Daily Support & Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living—including hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation—while protecting their individual rights and treating them with absolute dignity.
• Shift Dependability: Maintain a clean, comfortable, homelike environment and remain on duty at program locations until relief staff arrives to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills & Resilience: Comfort working under stressful conditions, managing physical crisis situations, and communicating effectively in English to complete daily logs.
• Background Checks: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred).
