Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Fayetteville, PA to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and promote daily living skills.

No experience required - paid training provided. Earn up to $18.75/hour with Enhanced Pay option and $16.75/hour without it, with third shift coverage and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development and household tasks.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support as trained.
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.75/hour with selection of Enhanced Pay option; earn $16.75/hour without selection of Enhanced Pay.

Shifts available: 3rd shift: Tuesday-Friday 4p-12a Every other Saturday and Sunday 4p-12a

Key Responsibilities
