Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals for Fayetteville, PA. The role involves providing direct care, supporting daily living activities and community engagement in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Division.

Flexible 3rd shift schedule Tue-Fri 4p-12a with every other weekend; paid training available. You will help individuals build independence, assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, meals, and transportation, while maintaining health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.75/hour with selection of Enhanced Pay option ; earn $16.75/hour without selection of Enhanced Pay.
