Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Elizabethville, PA. This position offers weekend shifts with an up to $18.75/hour Enhanced Pay option or $16.75/hour without Enhanced Pay. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and community engagement while maintaining health and safety and completing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

• No experience required – paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being including medication support as trained.
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Shifts available: Weekends:6a to 10p Saturday and Sunday and 10p to 6a Monday
