Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Fayetteville, PA to provide direct care and assist individuals with disabilities in daily activities. Training is provided, no experience is required, and a supportive team environment awaits.

Earn up to $18.75/hour with Enhanced Pay option or $16.75/hour without it; shifts include 3rd shift Tuesday–Friday and alternating weekends. Join a mission-driven non-profit focused on growth and independence.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
