Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized care in a licensed residential facility in Brodheadsville, PA. You will support daily living, promote independence, and encourage community participation.

Schedule: Sun-Thurs 3:00pm-11:00pm. Training provided, no prior experience required, with benefits, a 403b plan, AFLAC, and a $500 NADSP certification incentive after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and be insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care to clients.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities to foster growth and participation.
• Complete required documentation promptly (time logs, progress notes, monthly reports).
• Participate in ongoing communication for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure health and safety standards.
