Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in a licensed residential facility in East Stroudsburg.

The role focuses on daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement, with emphasis on dignity, safety, and quality of life. We offer paid training, no experience required, benefits, 403b, AFLAC, and a $500 NADSP certification incentive after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required and insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care to clients.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities to encourage growth and participation.
• Complete documentation including time logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
