Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Household/community care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas driver's license required.
• Maintain communication and complete documentation (logs, progress, forms) by end of shift.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Support client Plan of Care to ensure health, safety and security.
