Easterseals Rehabilitation Center- Evansville, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, client-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our eight group homes.

You will develop authentic relationships with clients, support daily living activities, and help clients grow in independence within a safe, respectful environment. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Paid training provided; no experience required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.
