Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• At least one year of experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer and technology skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily instruction and assistance per each person’s needs.
• Meal planning and preparation following dietary guidelines.
• Medication administration as prescribed.
• Transportation and accompanying individuals to appointments.
• Maintain documentation during shifts and report progress to supervisor.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
