Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Dudley, MA. The DSP will support daily living tasks, accompany clients to appointments, and help them participate in community activities.

The role offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a 28-hour part-time schedule. Competitive pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
