Venture Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Dudley, MA. The role focuses on empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate actively in their communities.

Full-time, 40 hours per week with paid training and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Schedule includes weekends and shifts; qualifications include high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, grooming and transportation to appointments.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and goals.
• Safely evacuate individuals in emergency and follow DDS policies.
