Job summary

Qualifications

• SC Driver's License.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Adaptive, a team player, and an advocate for others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and implement person-centered support.
• Execute training programs to encourage independence and community engagement.
• Track individuals' objectives and progress using Therap.
• Drive Burton Center vehicles and operate wheelchair lifts as trained.
• Offer care including toileting, incontinence support, feeding assistance as needed.
• Follow behavioral support plans and participate in planned activities.
