Job summary

Focus Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, based on experience, with mileage reimbursement. Strong values of dignity, respect, and person-centered care are emphasized for empowering individuals to participate

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement.
• Responsible for direct-care duties and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
