Job summary

Focus Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will help build daily living skills, promote independence, and support community participation in a supportive team environment.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, and sign-on bonuses up to $500, along with health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement.
• Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
