Focus Behavioral Health, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. The role emphasizes building independence, community participation, and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement.
• Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
