Job summary

Hearts & Minds Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for part-time, on-call shifts in Valley Center, CA. You will assist adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting, helping with chores, laundry, and daily activities. A valid CA driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a 90-day hiring bonus opportunity and a supportive team environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clear health screen, TB test, drug screen, and background check.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with maintaining cleanliness of residence and personal laundry.
• Supervise clients during meals and assist with meal preparation and cleanup.
• Report and document medical information; assist with medication management.
• Provide transportation to programs as needed.
• Support personal hygiene and general daily living tasks.
