Job summary

Modern Support Services in California is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join a diverse team in LA and Orange Counties. You will work in person with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, providing mentorship, guidance, and advocacy to help them live as independently as possible.

We offer part-time and full-time roles with weekend rotation, competitive pay from $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Act as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate for clients.
• Assist with community access, personal care, medical appointments, peer interactions, and recreational activities.
